Consulting--- our company will keep on sending employees to communicate with customers to know their needs, and answer the products’ user’s doubts and questions free of charge, and we will provide a reasonable solution according to the user’s actual situation。
Training---our company would provide customers the application training ,the new technology, the openly discussion and other related training by the ways such as internal training or external delivery training.。
Maintenance---we promise to provide customers the good after-sales service, and response to customer's maintenance needs 24 hours, and solve the customers’ problems and ensure the maintenance of quality.
Customer Satisfaction Tracking----throughout the project implementation process, our company is maintaining the interaction with customers at all times, listening to the clients, to pursuer the greatest degree of customer satisfaction .The company has set up hotlines to monitor the project implementation.
